Black Honey is a craft coffee company built around one idea: quality is worth the work. We roast our own beans, develop our own syrups, and bake our own pastries — because the busy bees of the RGV deserve more than a paper cup.

We roast in small batches on South McColl. Bags are available in store and to order; wholesale accounts are supplied at wholesale pricing.

Yes. There is a drive-thru at our Edinburg shop at 1519 S McColl Rd, Suite 1, along with dine-in seating and outdoor seating if you'd rather stay a while.
We open at 7:00 AM Monday through Friday and close at 7:00 PM. On Saturday and Sunday we're open 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM.

We don't take orders over the phone. You can order online for pickup, or order in person at the counter or the drive-thru window.
Yes. Order direct on Toast for pickup, or get delivery through DoorDash or Grubhub.
We do. Beans are roasted in small batches in house, and our syrups and pastries are made here too — including our Mexican vanilla and caramel syrups.
Yes. Oat milk is available on any drink, and we carry vegan options on the bakery side. Ask at the counter or the drive-thru window for what's fresh that day.
